Our menu consists of food made in the true Chinese style and crosses of different styles (fusion). We get inspiration for our menu from both Norway and the East; home cooking and fine dining; tradition and innovation. Over the years, we have created several unique dishes, made interpretations of traditional dishes, and developed our own style.
We are constantly working to innovate new dishes, interpretations of traditional dishes and the harmony between food and drink. We get better with each passing day, and all our guests should feel valued and taken care of throughout the visit.
Chef Luo has been working with food since he was 17 years old in Shenzhen, China and has been with ChinaTown Stavanger since its inception in 1987. The rest of the cuisine comes from Macau and Hong Kong, and this is reflected in our menu.
