On the pizza`s we only use original product, along with the unique refined Italian flour, combined with the world's best cheeses – mozzarella, buffalo mozzarella, gorgonzola, Parmesan.... We top with fresh, quality goods, before it all goes in the stone oven - Al Forno, as they say in Italy.
The story about Al Forno Ristorante & Pizzeria is a story about proud traditions. Ever since we opened the first little pizzeria in Stokka at 2005, we have served Italian enjoyment to our guests.
Al Forno is the place of the simple and informal- all that one associates with the love of Italy, food, and life. And, not least: It is the story of the people behind the meal!
